"My room was very small but all needed was there. No space to use the desk or access trash can under the desk. NESPRESSO was a nice touch but need more than 4 pods… very large TV. The Bar is very nice with great cocktails. Front office and bellmen very attentive. I would return. "

"Nice hotel, could get to via tube/overground which was great as back to Paddington in 35 mins. Food in restaurant was nice but service was very, very slow for everything and even forgot drinks and a meal, so 1 of us ate after the other 3 had finished - disappointed Bianca on reception was brilliant, very professional & friendly and made me feel so welcome on check in. I wish there more more of her in the restaurant: amazing personality and brilliant customer service "
