"As you would expect from a Sofitel at a big airport. Best location for Terminal 5 - a 8 minute walk from my room to check in, all in doors, so no cold/rain to deal with. Very good value in my opinion."

"Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! My daughter left her backpack at the train station. It had a very special snuggy. And to say the least, my daughter was devastated. The women checking us in was so kind (I wish I remembered her name). Giving words of encouragement and offering a complimentary box of Clermont chocolates and a teddy bear. Side note*we took a taxi back to the train station and the taxi driver even called the station for us in hopes to help find the missing bag. He was so kind. (We did find the backpack at the lost luggage!) The free breakfast was amazing every day. Staff was so wonderful. The rooms were beautiful. Very comfortable bed, bathroom and bedroom amenities were appreciated. Walking distance to some very fun shops and Buckingham Palace. Right next to Victoria Station. I will stay here again in a heart beat! Worth every penny. Thank you Clermont for a fantastic stay. "

"The hotel is literally a five minute walk to Kensington Palace, the lovely park and several stores (including Whole Foods). But the staff (the lovely concierge staff 💕) were magnificent!!! The hotel is SPOTLESS!!! The staff was so welcoming, friendly and assisted me prior to me arriving. The hotel transportation is worth every penny, and the breakfast was so filling and delicious. I will be back and highly recommend this hotel. "
