"The room was a mixed bag—comfortable enough for a short stay, but hygiene standards left much to be desired. The carpet bore visible stains, giving an unkempt feel, and the towels were far from fresh, with a worn-out texture. While the basics for comfort were there, the overall cleanliness could use significant improvement to match expectations."

"Really good value for money, especially considering it's a 4 - minute walk from Paddington station. Lovely and clean, well decorated, friendly and helpful staff. They have a free service of storing your luggage in a secured room until 6pm of your checkout date, I found this extremely helpful. Would 10/10 come again"

"We booked an executive twin room for the 3 of us for my mums birthday. Check in took a little while but there was a gentleman handing out water to people waiting which was a nice touch. The room was lovely and spacious, even with the double sofa bed out. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Free drinks in the mini bar and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room to keep us going. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus where we grabbed some snacks and drinks after a long day shopping. Lots of choice at breakfast, staff couldn't be more accomodating and wondeful. The only downside I could say is that the lifts did take a while. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back! "
