"I liked how there was someone there 24/7, i love how every day there was cleaners that gave a quick wipe down in the bathroom and sweep of floor. The beds where spacious and comfortable especially as a bigger size female and alot of space in the room to store suitcases and bags under bed with small table and mirror in the room. "We were looking for something close to transit lines and comfortable after a long day of exploring London. This fit the bill nicely - within 10 minutes of two different tube lines that we could easily access most of London, and plenty of walkable places to eat. Being on a busy street, we heard a lot of street noises including sirens, and because we had the windows open due to the heat, they were sometimes disruptive. However, our friends on a lower floor didn't hear the street noises as badly,...

"This is a hidden gem and the staff was extra generous and helpful to me in a tough situation, although beware that there is no entry after dark or very late check-ins as this is more of a family hotel. "Excellent location. Room was ready on arrival we stayed for 4 nights room was not serviced for the duration of our stay. Facilities were good although the shower was very feeble and water was deathly hot(burnt my foot on one occasion before I was aware).TV, Kettle, safe, coffe,tea, towels and toiletries in room so well stocked however when I asked for more coffee and loo roll these were not supplied, I had to go and get them. Overall a good stay and great value for money."
