No electrical plugs next to the bed. Someone who needs to wear a CPAP machine while sleeping had to run the plug across his the room while changing the sleeping position. USB ports to charge the phone next to the bed didn’t work either. Helpdesk or receptionist wasn’t helpful either. We had breakfast package and they seriously ned to stock up on ketchup. There were 3 bottles for like 40 tables

Room was clean and quite roomy than other Ibis Budgets I have booked. Lounge area was quite big and had a great atmosphere.
