"We were a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). Booked two swim-up pool rooms. One room was closer to the Boulevard where the other room was closer to the beach. But it is not that far of a walk. Everything is well planned. There is arcade, casino, kids club, gym, escape room, dance clubs, coffee shop, lots of other stores including pharmacy and 24hr doctor service at the Boulevard. Beautiful property, excellent stay experience, loved their spa service (used it twice), infinity pool (they had an awesome foam party), other small pools (one is adult only and one is for Unique) and so much more. All restaurants were good. Buffet was nice. Kids (4-, 7- and 8-year-old) enjoyed the water park. Room service food could have been warmer but other than that, loved everything at this resort. We didn't take unique experience (that's extra charge) but don't think we missed out anything much. There is an adult only pool exclusive for adult only bookings. We were able to access that once for free (otherwise there is charge per night). I had seen a lot of negative reviews before our trip, but I think those people have very high expectations. If you are ready to just relax and unwind, this is a perfect resort with little bit of everything."

"Overall was a wonderful property, even though the first night there was no hot water or AC in the room we called and they had already been working on it, the pillow where hard but we asked the housekeeper and she got us new ones, the service was excellent and the staff is so friendly, the food was really good and lots of options to eat, i will stay there again!
