"We stayed here for 6 nights across in December 2024 and had a wonderful time. The most impressive thing was the grounds. They were beautifully kept with gorgeous trees and vegetation. The pools were large with plenty of space and the water park was a big hit with our kids. "The property was in good condition. Two things I did not like was our room was not ready by 3PM as advertised. We did not get into our room until after 4pm. Additionally check in and check out took a very long time. If you could find a way to automate those procedures that would save time. The other thing I did not like was how slippery the tile got when it was wet. I even fell my first day there. As it is a resort with both pool and ocean, I would think non-skid tile would have been...
