House keeping staff-very noisy around service elevators opposite our room 1403, in middle of night every night. Paid extra for a room with a view-meant we could see scaffolding on the facade of the hotel better-so a bit much paying extra for that!!! Asked for a nice room, but got a worse room than last time we stayed here,...
