"Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon is a beautiful hotel with stunning rooms and pools. I especially enjoyed the food at their Italian restaurant. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Phuket, offering more of a wellness vibe rather than a party atmosphere. If you're looking for nightlife, this may not be the best location, as it's about a 30-minute to 1-hour drive to Old Town Phuket, Bangla Road, and the beach clubs. "Beachfront location. About a 10min walk to the shopping area but hotel provides frew buggy transport. Bit expensive to eat and drink in the hotel compared to local restaurants/bars. Hotel room well stocked with toiletries, hairdryer, coffee machine etc and minibar (but only the water free). Staff are fantastic especially Wallie and Tea. Quieter area of Khao Lak compared to the Bang Niang area but only a short taxi/tuk tuk ride away. "

"My stay at Meliá Phuket was an unforgettable experience. I went with my husband for our honeymoon, and the ambience of the hotel was very calm and romantic, perfect for the occasion. The staff was very polite and always attentive to our needs. Also, the breakfast options were varied, making each morning special. The hotel is very clean, which we truly appreciated. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but overall, our stay was amazing. We would definitely recommend it!"

"First two nights we had a beautiful room and view. Third night we had to move to another room because of a separate booking. Had to be moved three times because of flying bugs that had pooled on the deck and when the door opened infested our room. This happened to numerous people. The room we ended up with was in building 7 and no view looked at a brick wall. Buildings 1,2, 3,4. Were lovely. Dont stay in 5,6 and 7. Alot are old and not renovated. The property overall was very nice. "

"Remote and perfect get away from crowds. But close to the water and beach front. Lots of areas to go besides your room to view surrounding nature. Hotel decorations and building materials matched the environment around it - so in this case, water and greenery. Staff were not just friendly but actually greeted me by name and got to know me. Sure I was there for 6 days but still - never had this type of stay. There were several free activities - yoga and beach walks - which were great. There were several paid activities but I didn't do them (Thai cooking) as I'd taken Thai cooking classes before. I would hope to come back to this location! it's amazing. "
