"The hotel staff were not the most helpful. We have been travelling for 3 weeks now and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. They were so slow and did not really inform you of anything, you had to find out yourself. The pools were all clean but around the edges they had put some foam to cover where it’s peeling and that was also coming off. The beach pool looks on to the main road and you can hear traffic constantly which did bother us a bit. The hotel itself in some areas (our room mainly) needed an upgrade. The toilet door didn’t close, as it wasn’t put on properly, there was paint missing and the shower did not drain at all. However, the rooftop bar and pool staff are lovely! The hotel is quite far from the main centre- around 30 minutes walk, there is a shuttle but the last time you can come back is 8pm which for us was early. "

"I loved the daily fitness classes like yoga and boxing. This was my second time at Saii and I've enjoyed the location as it's near 2 great grocery stores and loads of restaurants. The property itself is beautiful with wonderful service. There is also a boat that will take you to adjacent hotels. "
