"Likes: - Friendly and efficient staff overall - Free on-premise (only) bicycle for each adult guest - Hotel transportation to private beach - Great view of lagoon - Privacy as this is a villa only property Improvements needed: - Brakes on most bicycles couldn't stop the bicycles (the property has lots of downward slopes) - need to use feet to stop on the narrow road to avoid incoming buggy cars - Waited ~20 minutes under the hot sun at the outdoor activities centre for the staff to arrive in order to get and use the hotel kayaks"

Some areas need a tiny bit of restoration love (floors as you enter the dining area) amd tile coming off on the in-pool chairs and the big fans in the lobby are not attractive if you are looking for a “complete vibe” but those are unimportant notes compared to the overall experience of staying there. "Everyone on staff were soooooooo nice! I loved this stay!!!! I will say, the crowd was older than I expected it to be, I felt like one of the youngest people on the property, and I’m in my mid-30s! Overall, would stay again. Shoutout to Celyn who helped me with check-in!"
