So impressed with the service, facilities customer service , attention to details and such a friendly and dedicated manager (Marcus) truly caring about his guests and staff!! Room was honestly so dirty, hotel is a bit like one you would find in Benidorm. Some staff were nice but most were rude! Would never ever stay here again. Hard to get taxis because traffic is so busy. Also the noise levels keeps you away all night long

great hotel with awesome pool for the kids. great family rooms with heaps of space. bang tao didn’t have many shops or many dining options along the beach. lots of little bars along the beach. wouldn’t stay in that location with kids again even though the hotel was great

This was the second year we enjoyed our holiday at Sunwing Bangtao and the whole family (2 adults, 2 kids 8 6years old) loved it. Pools were clean, staff is very helpful and friendly and all was clean. The hotel is just next to the beach and the area itself is a quite place with some restaurants, small shops in the near area. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Overall we had a enjoyable stay and would love to go back one day. There was a massage hut near the beach which was reasonablely priced and it was amazing to be able to walk on the beach from the hotel. We did experience some issues with the airconditioner (in the second room), blockage of the toilet and shower drain. The response from the staff was extremely effecient, polite and followed through until the issue was resolved.

We chose this resort to have a restful couple of days after a long time on the road and it was the perfect choice. There are 4 pools and we had a room on one which was very quiet. The kids and their families were staying in other wings. In fact, I could say that our pool was one of the best resort pools I've been in. The staff were extremely helpful and as well as the restaurants on site, there are couple more just across the road. We were very happy with our choice and if we go back to Phuket, I'd be happy to stay there again.
