"It's basic but has what it needs to have. Of you're looking for a clean room in a decently quiet area this is not a bad spot. You could easily walk to the beach from here if you wanted. Party goer and Cafe del Mar is a place you'd like to visit this is close but not to close. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Property is basic and decor tired but its clean so all good. Shame next door is currently a building site or the location would be nice & quiet. The pool gets a couple if hours of sun if that but the beach is stunning, its about 10 min walk away & if you dont want to walk a local taxi is 50baht. The staff are really friendly and helpful and can supply a taxi to the airport for 200baht. Personally i think the hotel is ok for a night or two but i'd be disappointed if i booked it for a holiday. "

"Cute and cozy resort very close to airport. Clean and comfortable. Gorgeous pools and grounds. Large spacious room. Not too close to restaurants but a quick tuk tuk ride away. Quiet and very enjoyable for a 1 night stay before airport. Wish we had a couple more days there. "

" I was pleasantly surprised to find a one bedroom condominium when I arrived. The location is fantastic. I walked to the excellent Grapevine restaurant in 5 minutes. A short drive away is a Boat Avenue shopping center which boasts grocery, restaurants, bars, and shops."

"We were extremely pleased with our stay at Ayara Villas! The room was super spacious for a family of four - huge king size bed, side bed (and a pull-out bed as well!) and we got a free baby crib to the room too. Small kitchen area in the room, good shower. Good black-out curtains. The staff were so nice and friendly, they placed our room near the fabulous children's play room - which was huge, lots of toys, climbing blocks, slide and chill-out sofas and hammocks for adults too :) Books for...
