"The hostel was super clean and comfortable. They allowed us to check in early. It smelt amazing, the staff were super helpful. Room was spacious clean, shower was powerful. Bed was a little hard but we liked that. Allowed us to leave our bags before our pickup. Great location. "

"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. "Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. "They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well. We ended up having to drive back to the airport to find a different hotel last minute. Very disappointed and unprofessional. "

"The bungalows were beautiful on a beautiful setting. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were too hard for my preference. Just a few geckos ran through our bungalow, but that's expected. The beaches were not good for me, too much rocks. It's a relaxing island. "

"I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!"

"A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option."

"It was right on the beach. I could hear the sounds of the ocean. It was quiet, if you want night life not the place for you but if you are looking to relax, it is the best place. "

"For only two people this house is definitely too big. We knew it from the beginning, but its surroundings made us to decide to go there anyway for nearly 2 weeks. And we did not regret our decision.From the very beginning – the one way transfer from Phuket airport is included and very easy – we felt at home in this nice house: A big and clean pool, with a well maintained garden to observe squirrels and chipmunks as well as many exotic birds. "We stayed full board in a private villa with pool. It was gorgeous with the pool (5011) surrounded by greenery and a view over the property so it was pretty private. Staying in a villa meant you got breakfast at the smaller Terrace restaurant right on the beach. There were so many pools to choose from and areas of beach with beds etc. also miles of empty beach. We stayed outside of school holidays and although their were still a lot of babies/toddlers, it was bearable for the child free. Restaurant was great with good variety changing daily. Lots of Thai options amongst other styles and fresh foods etc. nice to have wine and beer included too, although it was bland. The staff were very attentive and kind. We did a cooking class with the head chef which was great, and by the beah. Cocktails great (330 baht each). We did some classes and the pavillion on the beach was amazing, but they were often in German and translated as after thought so not ideal, although Nadya was brilliant. Evening entertainment was...great to start with. Disco on the beach for example was fab...but the music was repeated every night so got tired. The shows were amateurish and need modernised (especially the girl only show). Snorkelling not good but sea warm and quiet. Incredible massage options right beside hotel (from 400baht an hour). Socialising as a British youngish couple without kids was tricky. Nearly everyone was German or had kids. Entertainment team not welcoming as other resorts. "

Dream Family Stay

"This place is a dream. We’ve travelled a lot and this was the best place I have stayed in. The food is better than any other resort I’ve stayed in. Service was sensational. Pool access rooms were perfect for the family. After the first day staff were calling my son by his name and greeting him all over the hotel. Such a special piece of paradise. "
