"I could not check-in using the electronic link I was sent. The check-in staff were very good, but there was a long wait at the bar on Saturday evening as there was no one staffing it, when he did arrive there were no apologies given. There were some parts of the hotel which seemed a little tired, the bathroom we had and the carpets in the corridors and on the stairs in particular. "

"Had a lovely meal in the pub and the staff were super helpful and kind. Our booking seemed to have come through very late so the room and especially the bathroom were quite cold when we arrived. But the room had warmed up after we’d had dinner. Did a great and varied walk up along the tops then down into Great Malvern and back along bridleways so it was really well located for that. Dog friendly too."

"Great location, friendly staff, renovated in last couple of years. Quiet, warm, comfortable room and beds, and good breakfast. Don't expect the most modern facilities (eg shower mixer) but everything worked as it should and we would recommend and return here."
