"This is the nicest all inclusive we have ever experienced. It was my husband’s 50th birthday and we were upgraded to a beautiful remodeled room on the oceanfront. The service and attention to detail from the staff is superb. A special thank you to our personal concierge Ramon, our pool concierge, Raymundo, and our pool servers, Leonel, Enrique, & Miguel. "The resort and staff were amazing. The only issue we had was paying for the North tower, but they were out of rooms so we were put in the South tower. I can’t say enough about how friendly the staff was. The rooftop pool was very relaxing. The restaurants and room service were also really good. It takes a little bit to get used to always having to “tab” out when eating and drinking, even with the all inclusive package. It was a very quiet resort compared to others we visited in PV."

Pros: • Beautiful waterfront location with easy beach access. • Safe, with great activities, pools, and poolside bar service. • Friendly front desk and poolside staff. • Convenient bus stop right in front of the resort. Cons: • Limited walkable roads and no nearby shopping or dining options. • Room service was a bit slow, and there was a leaking water pipe under the sink. • No conditioner was provided throughout our stay, though...

"5 star property, staff amazing and rooms very nice. Just keep in mind property is extremely large and have long distances between hotel and other amenities. The staff try to accommodate as best they can at all times with shuttles and there is the gondola too that is a necessity. If you can handle the size of the resort everything else is amazing. "

"The property is fantastic. It’s close to the main downtown. We had a 2 Br panoramic suite, which are great if you are not on the lower floor. We were allotted a lower floor which was surrounded by vegetation. Next day we were moved to a higher floor and it was perfect. The food is great and the service is fantastic. "
