"Great hotel and guest room for two with separate beds. Quiet, convenient and comfortable. Time Square, hop-on/hop-off buses and subway within 5 minutes walk. Staff very professional. Late afternoon guest room refresher intuitive. Breakfast excellent. Dine-in option very good; recommend additional menu items for more variety, particularly vegetarian/vegan options. Additional storage space in guest rooms recommended for travel clothes. Highly recommended."

"The location was great. We were upgraded to the PH which I appreciated because it was a bit larger than the standard room. Older hotels in NYC are small. None of the ice machines on the floors worked. bar prices were very high but we got a coupon for a free drink in the library only which was great."

"We came to NYC for 2 nights to go to a Yankees game. We arrived very late the first night and the staff was very kind and helpful getting us to our room quickly. The suite was beautiful and elegant amenities. My boys got a kick out of the Boudet as did I the warmer on the toilet seat;) Bed was very plush.
