"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend for our anniversary. I called ahead to request a high floor with a view and they really came through with one for me. We were overlooking the Tower Bridge and had a nice bottle of brut with some macaroons to enjoy, along with a nice note asking us to feel at home. My only gripe would be the elevator in the morning. Sometimes it would take 15 minutes to get to the lobby. Other than that, great location and warm, welcoming staff. "

Our room… disappointed due to size, smaller than expected. Headboard worn and in need of repair, vinyl peeling off. Bed sheet did not fit the bed, no scatter cushions as in photo. Even with mattress topper bed uncomfortable and leaning to right side. Bathroom hand basin both taps very hot water, health and safety issue!! Small...
