"I stood here for a short amount of time and it was nice. The room is a good enough space for about 1-2 people. The room and bathroom was clean. It was a nice touch to have a towel warmer as was winter time when I went. The kitchen area was also fully equipped with appliances and utensils. I would stay here again. The area is also close to many restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walking distance. Bayswater station and the busses are also very close by "

"There is construction near the facility and every morning I was woken up by the noise. The heat inside the dorm was super hot and I don’t know how to lower the heat. One good thing was that I was able to check in earlier than the regular time because the room was ready, however, it doesn’t seem like the staffs know that the website offered to drop off luggage at the place before check in hours. I was there 5 hrs early but didn’t know where to leave my luggage and it was raining at that time. "

"This was an excellent property for a single woman. The staff were very helpful. And they managed to get me in my room early after coming in on an early morning flight from the states. They even called me to let me know when it was ready. There was a little issue with the heat, but they were quick to remedy it. The only negative at all is that the atmosphere is a little cold. It doesn’t have the warmth that is typical in South Kensington properties but that’s a small price to pay for efficiency...

Very nice studio lay-out however I would have wished to have been made aware that tge window just overlooks a narrow wall enclave - so no natural light or view. Complimentary coffee waa very nice and the 19-69 wash and shampoo were lovely. This is a great value for money place if you need to be a walk from the city. "

Only downside was the lack of consideration from other users who appeared to forget that people might sleep at night time. "This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
