"The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"We loved our stay in a beautiful apartment. It was lovely and warm well equipped free parking nice area near the common for a walk. What was not to like about it? "

"Apartment literally was steps from the London overground. We had everything we needed, just needed some coaching with the water heater (which runs the radiators in the rooms), the fuse box and the dryer. There is a clothes drying rack (not an actual dryer machine) but a full load of laundry was dry the next morning. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "The flat is conveniently located in Westminster, just half a mile from Dean's Yard where we had our conference. It’s also an equal distance to iconic spots like Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Big Ben, and even Buckingham Palace. Areas like Mayfair, Soho, and Notting Hill are all within walking distance too. My son and I even rented bikes for a quick ride to Borough Market, which was a blast. Everything was so accessible, and the pub right across the street served decent food and perfectly poured...

"This was, without any doubt the most unpleasant property that I have stayed in. Firstly, the property was not what was promised. While the property is in a stunning location it is run down and poorly maintained. For example, the property was advertised as having airconditioning: there were mini units in each room that had ducts connected to the windows. "This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! Very clean and modern. Comfortable stay for our weekend in London."

"The property looked exactly like the listing. The art truly is a positive aspect of the flat. Someone has great (and fun) taste. The proximity to the Paddington station means whatever you want to do is extremely accessible. We arrived prior to check-in time (as most Americans do) and the cleaner of the property was kind enough to let us store our bags while we got a coffee. I recommend this property and would stay there again. "

"Amazing location. AC and hot water worked, beds comfortable. Tea kettle and tea/coffee basket were appreciated. Nice to have a lift available for the 4th floor apartment. Pretty quiet if windows closed. Downsides were overall rundown and dirty feeling inside the apartment. Price reflects that this wasn’t going to be a 4-5 star hotel so it’s a decent stay if you plan to be out enjoying London and not hanging out in the apartment very much."
