"We booked last minute due to having to cancel our trip into France because they closed the station due to finding an unexploded bomb from WWII. With that being said it was our first time staying in a hostel and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The rooms are small of course if you are traveling with lots of luggage which we were. Only criticism is regarding the TV not only did it not work but it wasn’t smart which felt slightly outdated within the overall quality of the place. Check-in was easy with friendly staff who were informative and professional. Location of the property was great with close walks to Tower Bridge/ Aldgate/ Whitechapel/ Wapping. "

"Great place to stay. Bus 188, right across the street to the right when you walk out the door, takes you to Waterloo Station and even deeper into the heart of London. London Bridge Station is half a mile walk and will get you anywhere you need to go in London. The room itself is spacious, clean, well appointed, and has everything you need. "I highly recommend this hotel ! Its location is just perfect ! I love how it’s located by the River Thames (St. Katharine’s Dock) and literally beside the beautiful Tower Bridge. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a mini mart nearby, as well as at the Tower of London side (Starbucks, Paul’s etc). The sight of the Tower Bridge everyday from our bedroom is unmatched. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. "

"This was an excellent choice for a first time visit to beautiful London. The area was extremely convenient for sightseeing and more. I appreciated that having needed a refrigerator for my medical supplies, your concierge service and security were able to coordinate my insulin being chilled until check in was sorted. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and always fresh as well. Room service was also very good and fast. Our room was extremely comfortable and the soaps and cremes in the room were most appreciated. I suspect a return visit while in London next time. Many thanks for a memorable stay. The family Khan."
