"Nice staff and great location with lots of train options. Despite a beautiful and modern lobby the rest of the property is quite run down. My room had carpet and curtain wear/stains and the bathroom had some tile damage. Dated furnishings but a very large and spacious room which was great. Absolutely fine for a pragmatic business trip but definitely not ideal for an indulgent vacation stay. "

"Had a brief, but lovely stay with Jasmine in her lovely home. The daffodil room was cute and bright, faced the road but very quiet. Lovely comfy bed, room is on the smaller side room but perfect for a couple or a short stay. Shower was great and provided basic shower gel and shampoo and towels. The only downside of the room was the glass paneled door into the bathroom, but we just hung a towel on the hooks to cover it so it wasn't too much of an issue. Would have been nice to have tea / coffee...

"It's nice a clean place. You will find everything you need close by: daily shops, pharmacy, restaurants and so on. And most importantly the train station is right behind the house. Furthermore, there are so many bus stops all around the building. I enjoyed a nice view from the kitchen. The owner was very kind and friendly. Definitely, I warmly recommend everyone who wants to delight a nice stay in London. "

"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."
