"I highly recommend this hotel ! Its location is just perfect ! I love how it’s located by the River Thames (St. Katharine’s Dock) and literally beside the beautiful Tower Bridge. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a mini mart nearby, as well as at the Tower of London side (Starbucks, Paul’s etc). The sight of the Tower Bridge everyday from our bedroom is unmatched. The staff were very helpful and courteous. I will definitely come back to this hotel with my family. "

"This was an excellent choice for a first time visit to beautiful London. The area was extremely convenient for sightseeing and more. I appreciated that having needed a refrigerator for my medical supplies, your concierge service and security were able to coordinate my insulin being chilled until check in was sorted. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and always fresh as well. Room service was also very good and fast. Our room was extremely comfortable and the soaps and cremes in the room were most appreciated. I suspect a return visit while in London next time. Many thanks for a memorable stay. The family Khan."
