"The property is well situated. Dotonbori is a short Sunday walk. Office buildings are around but there are amenities, convince story’s and small affordable eateries a stones throw away. The rooms are a lot smaller that other cheaper Hotel Iconics but I suspect it’s just due to location. "

"Hotel was nice and clean with a freindly welcome. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. Plenty of towels and pillows were given so I didn't have to request any extras. The only downside was paying 500 yen per luggage for luggage storage after check out. I understand this might have started due to overtourism but every other hotel I have stayed at so far are still offering luggage storage for free, so this felt like a let down. "
