"Heat central location just above Namba station which made it very easy to travel around the city. The room was clean, modern, and the bed and linens were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast was buffet style with a huge variety of both western and Japanese offerings. The highlight was the sauna, Japanese bath, and cold plunge. The gym was also well equipped. The lobby is wide open with plenty of seating and drink options (maybe food too). Staff was attentive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"The room was much smaller than we thought it would be, which was fine, however it would have been nice to have under-bed luggage storage (which other APA hotels have). Especially with how small the rooms are, having a place to store your luggage would be handy. For reference, my boyfriend and I were traveling with one carry-on size each and a small backpack. Aside from that, no complaints at all! It's clean, safe and affordable! "
