"This hotel is very close to shopping and dining areas. It is also connected to the subway station so it is very convenient. The restaurants are over priced so we ate elsewhere after spending too much on the breakfast buffet the first morning. My only complaint is you cannot adjust the A/C setting and our room was not cool enough. "

"Beautiful hotel, in a wonderful location. This hotel is in a building that is connected to a couple buildings with a mall, train and subway stations, a gorgeous park, and has a ton of food options around. It’s right in a central area right near big attractions and shopping areas. If you take the metro to get to the hotel, it is a little confusing figuring out where to go because it is attached, but I would just go toward the main exit and you will see signs for where to go. One of the hotel’s main restaurants is on the top floor with amazing views of Osaka. Also, probably the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. I would highly recommend staying here, if just for the breakfast and location. But the rooms are very comfortable. Very nice experience all around. "

"I love their Spa. After walking all day, it is so nice to soak in the spa. Location is perfect. 10 min walk to Dotonbori,15-20 min walk to Kuromon Market and Shinsaibashi Market. I have stayed in several hotels and this hotel charges a lot for breakfast. Also, they don’t offer any amenities like toothbrush, hair brush, cream and etc… overall, a nice hotel."
