"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up. I had to kind of stay out of their way and they came off as a bit standoff-ish and rude. However, other than that, the other staff were fine. I also think that...

"Great location for Nara main attractions. Easy to find restaurants, next to a market, short walk to Nara Park. The place is new, easy to find and easy to use in general. Few things could be improved. Check in instructions were sent in Japanese only and we needed some codes to access the place so it wasn’t straight forward. "I was a little shocked to discover it was a love hotel after I had checked in. It was clean and safe and I would probably stay there again. It was a little strange to begin with for a foreigner but like I said, clean and safe. What more could you ask for at that price "
