"This is an elegantly designed brand new hotel which is well laid out and convenient to the center of Puerto Viejo. We enjoyed our stay but were shocked that the hotel did not provide drinking water to its guests. When we checked in we were told the faucet water was not drinkable so we would need to buy water bottles to fill at a water filtration center in the restaurant. I did so in town but was shocked that an expensive and stylish hotel would not provide at least one bottle of drinking...

Rooms need softer pillows and walls are a bit thin but the layout was absolutely great and the room had a patio with a hammock chair as well as table and comfortable wooden outdoor chairs to relax in while listening to the birds and observing wildlife and the amazing colorful frogs and family of...
