"The property gives you the feel that your staying right in nature. Agouti visited daily, we heard howler monkeys, saw a sloth on our walk back from breakfast, and the enjoyed the beautiful sounds of all the birds. We were a little concerned about lack of air conditioning but we were pleasantly surprised. The pool kept us cool during the day and the open air bedrooms with the fans actually got a bit chilly. It was wonderful sleeping to the sounds and fresh air. The house is well stocked, close to the beach, close to the best breakfast at Gypsea and fresh, warm croissants delivered each morning to the local market just down the street. Puerto Viejo and Punta UVA are a short drive, as well as Manzillo Reserve. Erinn did a great job recommending Abel for us as a guide hiking Manzillo - we saw and learned so much, She recommended Herschel for surfing - he was amazing and Jason cooked us 2 great dinners! We relaxed and enjoyed our stay. Don’t let the lack of air conditioning keep you away from this property. It is well worth the trip and Erinn is very responsive to any needs or questions."

"Very welcoming and friendly reception and staff. Unique housing concept (individual bungalows without glass and fly nets only) allows for soaking up jungle atmosphere whole day and night. Waking up to the noise of howler monkeys and birds is really special. Excellent food and à la carte breakfast. Direct access to the beach (100m)."
