"This is one of the best hotels that I have experienced in Japan. The beds are comfortable and it is very quiet even though it is in the middle of the Kawasaki near Tokyo. This place is very convenient to both airports (Narita and Haneda) and to central Tokyo and the convention area of Big Sight. There are many dining options around the hotel, not to mention the in-house restaurant. I recommend the breakfast buffet, rivaling some of the other top hotels elsewhere in Japan. The wine list is great too! Overall I was very impressed with the professionalism and humble nature of the staff and their attention to every detail of my stay. "Really great location with the train and bus literally outside the front door. Very courteous and helpful staff. Spacious room. Nice pastries and cafe next door in the bldg and two 7-11s within one block. Nice guest spaces for patio dining and kitchen, tea coffee etc, coin laundry and gym. Only problem was my room was too warm and ac didn’t cut it (in December) but heard from friends staying nearby at other hotels were having same issue so possibly because they keep the bldgs so warm in the winter? Otherwise everything was great. Will come back again."
