"First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto. "The view from the room was gorgeous, being on top of MM21, we saw all the spectacular landscapes of MM21, such as the Landmark Tower, Queen’s Square, Intercontinental Hotel and Mark Is mall. The room is clean and spacious"

"There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. Considering how good most hotel staff in Japan are, it's impressive how good the staff here are. There is a hotel guest only waiting area on 46F where you can look out over Yokohama. My room had a balcony, which was impressive because I was on 51F. I'd definitely consider booking here. I certainly plan to stay here again the next time I am in Yokohama. "

"The hotel is located in front of Yokohama Bay. If your room is facing the bay, you will enjoy amazing view day and night. Many shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. It is walkable to get to the nearest subway station. Enjoy morning run, nice walk and evening stroll around the hotel. "
