"We stayed in many hotels this last month in Japan, and the Metropolitan ranked in our top 4. Its location is ideal, being 5 minutes from the station and shopping street, and within 10 minutes walk of 2 temples. The design of the hotel is very soothing—an inner atrium, a comfortable lobby, floral and glass art designs on each floor, and all in warm tints of light browns and creams. If you are new to japan and SOMEHOW end up in this town it might not be the best for you but its close to the train station although a bit out of the way.
