"The place is in a convenient location. So l am quite happy that l can easily walk around the city. Staff is kind and helpful, thank you:) Overall it is a clean place. But, check-in time is quite late and check out is early, luggage store not that very convenient, also asking from customer taking out your beddings :("

In the place itself you go over a sort of, I think it is a swimming centre floor, not sure, but after reception you have to take your shoes off and wear slippers they provide to walk over the floor. "The property was very clean, compared to other hotels that we’ve rented in Japan. I thought this was a little bit pricey. They also do not have any dining on the property. You must go off to find something to eat. They have a coffee shop, but it does not open until 10 AM in the morning 11 AM check out time "

"Casablanca Pool House was an absolute incredible experience they’re so kind and accommodating, the house is so clean upon arrival, having a private pool and outdoor tub is rare to find in Japan especially on a last minute booking !
