"What a lovely place with very caring staff. The room was wonderful and very well laid out. The ceiling fans and air conditioning really helped with the 90 degree temperatures. The balcony got a nice onshore breeze most of the time. We saw monkeys!!! The proximity to the beach was direct and very walkable to Tamarindo. We met one of the original owners and she shared some great stories of their history. "

"Well I don't know where to start about Refugio, I can't recommend this place enough! The entire place was awesome from the moment we walked in. "The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....
