"Due to problems elsewhere arrived late at hotel to be told we had been put as a no show. There was no phone call or text to warn us about this. It took a lengthy time to get the room reinstated. Other than that it was excellent."

"This hotel is located close to the docks and Liverpool one making it perfect for a weekend away. The cleanliness was of a very high standard throughout the hotel. The rooms are huge!!! With the added bonus of a kitchen, the bathroom had a 4 person jacuzzi and a rain shower. What lets this hotel down is the decor is a little tired in places, the heating system didn’t work but the night shift team brought us heaters within minutes of us asking. The balcony door we couldn’t open, the toilet...
