"The room was very spacious and comfortable. The property is old (steeped in history) but the room had all the features we needed. The instructions were excellent and the owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. The bed was a little creaky and the pillows were a little thin/soft for my preferences, but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Great value for money. Great location. Highly recommend the breakfast!! A great stay - would stay again. "

"Appalling. Comms poor. Rubbish across both outside spaces. Landlord absent.Front door key card wierd looked like Tesco club card no instructions. No opening bedroom window - black mould on ceiling and around bath. Wall behind loo broken and decor poor. Breakfast not apparent. Bedroom door hard to close due to door not clearing thick carpet. Cheeky note to remove shoes. Full refund demanded but no reply yet. Too much money for place - any money too much."

"We stayed at Bron Y Graig for just one night during a sports weekend. It’s a beautiful and comfortable guest house with stunning views. We enjoyed chilling out in the bar room playing games and chatting. I adore William Morris print so the decor at Bron Y Graig brought me so much joy! Sadly, we had to leave before breakfast which was such a shame because the smells coming out from the kitchen were delicious!"

"The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place! This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!"

"Nice welcome from owner. Stairs are steep and irregular. We stayed on second floor. My metal frame bed was noisy and soft mattress. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast extra but go to pub next door for more choices/value. Unsuitable for those with access problems. Car park adjacent in corner of pub car park. My corner shower had high step in and was snug..."
