"We were visiting Anfield for the Legends game, so found this lovely guest house. Very clean, very comfortable with everything you might need. The kitchen is really nice, such a good idea (we didn't need to use it) Bathroom is spacious & the 1st floor shower is lush!! Definitely recommend "

"Easy to find, 14 minute walk from Chester Station. Shops and plenty of food places to buy food for lunch and dinner and restraunts close by. I spoke with Claire, she was lovely, helpful and made me feel very welcome and at home. I highly recomend Maison Claire. I would definitely stay again. "

"Really well placed in central Liverpool for a one night stay. Apartment had all you needed - balcony was great (apart from the nesting seagull). We did stay there on the hottest day of the year but with no air conditioning and being on the top floor it was extremely and uncomfortably hot. Also a bit of a walk from checking in and picking up the keys and then over to the apartment. Staff were helpful. "

"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. This was no problem, we were very quickly moved to an en-suite. Both rooms, en-suite and standard, were very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable. "The page on this website is very misleading. None of the 58 pictures are of anywhere remotely similar to the accommodation they are meant to represent!!! This is in the heart of terraced, urban Liverpool without any hint of greenery, and none of the photos are anything like the place! This impression overwhelmed any other, and was the source of my disappointment... this needs to be rectified so that future guests know what they've paid for!"

"Shabby run down accommodation with very poor communication from the owner. I was locked out of my accommodation on the first night and had to sleep elsewhere on a couch because the auto key arrangements were not made and I could not gain access to my room. This property needs to be qualified as suitable with the advert of the property being very misleading."
