"This place is amazing! It is beautiful, and the grounds are so well kept by the hard working, friendly, workers! The food is fantastic!! A huge thank you to the chef, Christian! He helped my husband find gluten free options, and even prepared special foods for him. He was very kind, and offered delicious meals! We loved the beech, and always found place to sit in the shade. The pool was also great, in a beautiful setting, with a nice swim up bar! We really enjoyed our stay at this resort!!"

"Loved our stay! Great service and great food and drink on-site. Farm to kitchen, fresh, and accommodating for food allergies/sensitivies. Was far enough to be away from the crowds, but yet close enough to walk over to the main Tarmarindo spots for surf lessons, food/drink. Walked to the Sam Francisco point daily to get over to Tamarindo."

"Overall a great stay. Excellent location with all amenities super close by. Easy parking included and a nice pool area. Rooms were very quiet with a very safe feel. There are no amenities with the room, but if you are looking for a room and quiet pool area it is perfect. I liked being off of the main beach yet close to it. Would recommend if you are not looking for a full service resort. We would stay again! "

"What a lovely place with very caring staff. The room was wonderful and very well laid out. The ceiling fans and air conditioning really helped with the 90 degree temperatures. The balcony got a nice onshore breeze most of the time. We saw monkeys!!! The proximity to the beach was direct and very walkable to Tamarindo. We met one of the original owners and she shared some great stories of their history. "

"Beautiful place with a small intimate feeling and the best sunset happy hour one could imagine. Our hot tub was a bit too chlorined and we did have some ants that they helped remove but otherwise we were very happy!"

"This was the best place we could have picked to stay! The staff was absolutely outstanding with their service and were so friendly and helpful! The food was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and stayed cool all day. We walked the beach and spent lots of time at the pool. It was not over crowded like other places where you can’t even find a chair. In the pool you get to see the monkeys in the mango treee right above you taking naps and eating mangos. It was magical! Breakfast is free...
