"We loved the condo, pool, view, security, communication, parking and amenities. Updated bathrooms and air conditioning were very nice! Although it’s advertised as steep road, the way up and down was too scary for us to drive. We ended up walking down and then ubered back up. The beach is right at the end of the 1/2 mile long road which was convenient so Ubers were only 4-10. "

"This is a breathtaking property inside and out. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. This building is in the perfect location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk in to all the restaurants and shops if you want to. There is direct access to the beach in either direction for miles and the heated pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. An amazing property!"

"Overall great property. Our second stay at this unit. Great location, great property. Curtains need attention. Last year also noted. Not on track and had to use chip clips to close completely. Ceiling fan on main porch still not working. Last year had bird nest which has been removed, still unable to turn on. Bedroom with twins did not cool properly. Did not request repairs for these issues as not that big of a problem. Dishwasher leaked, mgmt. did send someone, but was not able to repair. Would...

About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. "The Casa Nahua is a little gem in Tamarindo. The room was fairly small, but clean and arranged sensibly. The bathroom was definitely recently updated and had a modern feel. Nice shower with shampoo and conditioner, both! And shower gel. The room has a smart TV so you can watch whatever streaming services you want to. The only downside to the room was that the fridge did not seal fully so it didn't cool its contents as well as it should have and we had to buy ice at the very nearby grocery...

"Loved this place just from the beginning you literally fell like a star and since we entered until we left Christian the manager took care of us very well Just that the staff at the bar next to the swimming pool (in front of the spa) was a bit rude All the remaining staff was amazing be it in the restaurants or in the spa or the reception I would definitely return and take my whole family to it "

"This was a bucket list trip for my husband and myself and lt exceeded our expectations! The food, staff, and resort were amazing. Now the room was top tier! It was expensive but worth every $. "We loved our staying at Riu Guanacaste. The hotel was in a nice location. They have monkeys right next to the hotel and the beach was very nice. The staff was amazing and the food was very good, they have a wide variety of options at the buffet, the only thing I would say is that the other restaurants are a little difficult to book because you have to make a line before they open to get a spot. The road to get to it needs to be paved. Im glad that they will be updating this hotel because it needs it, but I will say that I loved everything about it. The entertainment crew is really great. I will definitely recommend people to stay here and I will definitely come back again. Pura Vida! "
