We liked the included breakfast (only bad thing is that it stops at 9:30), the free daily happy hour with variety of snacks. Location is great, with plenty of dining options (including Eataly and Ramsey Burgers next block), proximity of transport and main attractions, safe feeling. Best of all, this is really well priced!"

Had a problem when the lounge coffee machine stopped working and three staff members were fiddling with it. I tried to learn if it was close to being repaired or would require a service visit from a tech, but none of them could understand a word I was saying. I'm all for bilingual employees, but none of them were. This is the United States, right?"

"Room was clean and serviced well. There was construction on the main lobby so had to use an alternative entrance. Walls and ceilings are thin. We could hear one of the other rooms opening and closing their blinds and it sounded like someone trying to open our window. In the bathroom you could hear the neighboring bathroom. And we could hear a few of our neighbors talking but luckily everyone was fairly respectful and quiet during our stay. Easy to uber from and to and quick walk to magnificent...
