"The staff, especially Jose at the front desk, was amazing and super helpful. We had a pool side room and the sound proofing was great - even though there were lots of teens in the pool! Love the Starbucks onsite. Extra towels and sheet changes when asked (travelling with a toddler!) Disney was minutes away and available via a shuttle. Disney Springs was also an easy drive. Plenty of eating and shopping options close by!"

"The hotel was nice . The check in was a disaster , we stood in line for over half an hour when there was only about four people in front of us . That was the last thing we needed after a long international flight . I felt sorry for the two members of staff who were trying to check people in , answer the phone and deal with other guests problems ."

Free EV charging was listed as an amenity but there were only 2 available chargers and I was never able to get a spot. The rooms were nice sized and arranged well. They seemed clean, but at closer inspection, they could have been a little cleaner. "
