"Hotel facility was old but good and well maintained. I visited there in the middle of Typhoon Yagi had difficulty in arranging the transportation. Hotel Male concierge tried to assist me quite well and was impressive."

"I enjoyed my stay because of the location, comfort and excellent service. The room offers lots of storage spaces. The bathroom was spacious. The housekeeping team, receptionists, in-room dining team, and bellboys were very professional, polite, and friendly. The services that they delivered were efficient and exceptional! This hotel is conveniently located in Tsim Sha Tsiu and it connected to Harbour City (one of the best malls) and close to shopping, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. The team was able to solve the issue in a timely manner. One night, I smelled smoke, so I called the Guest Service. They sent someone to do investigation immediately and found out the guest next to my room was smoking cigarettes with his door opened. They gave this guest a warning, as this was a non-smoking property. The customer service rep gave me a follow-up call and kept me updated with the situation, apologized for this happening, and thanked me for reporting. I was very grateful for how efficient and professional the team handled this. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay there next time when I visit Hong Kong!"
