"Location is excellent! K11 mall directly below hotel and also MTR station. Lots of eateries around. Harbour is just 5 mins walk away. Only thing I didn’t get a good harbour view from room. Service from concierge is excellent. Only thing properly need to change is the hair dryer. Still using the big and heavy VS hairdryer. Prefer lighter and smaller easy to use. Sound proofing is good as I am a light sleeper. Pillow can be better as it’s a little too soft. I will be back to stay in this hotel...

"What a fabulous hotel - we had a club city / sea view. The hotel room was incredibly clean and the staff were very attentive. I would totally recommend this hotel to friends & family. On paper the only downside would be there is no MTR station nearby, in reality we caught a taxi from Kowloon Station which cost approximately 60 HKD. I know the hotel has a shuttle bus service but it’s only to the Kowloon line which goes in to China, it would be nice if that service was extended to Kowloon so...
