"Clean and safe hotel. Good location beside a shopping mall and about 10-15mins walk to nearest mtr. Many places to eat around the hotel. Provided eco-friendly toiletries which was very helpful. Although staff forgot to top up the coffee and tea in the hotel room on 1 of the day. "

Keep in mind that the other side of the hotel is under construction, so noise could be an issue if you plan to stay long-term. I would rate the hotel staff a B as well. They need improve in customer service, and a bit more friendliness, like a smile, could make a positive difference. One suggestion for the hotel: It would be great if they could send a text message once the room cleaning is done. There were times when I had to wait a long time at the shopping mall for the room to be cleaned. I did use the emergency medical services once for a friend, and the staff was very professional and helpful. I was impressed with that team."
