"There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us. "

"It is inside the shopping mall, so it is really convenient! The filter tap in the bathroom is also great ! Would book here again in the future ! The person taking down the room number each time people take the lifts is probably not necessary if you put another door before the lifts allowing room card access ? "

"The hostel is Hong Kong style small noot very clean but it has some extras like the interest about doing things well. The entrance to the building and the lift can be tricky if you are not aware of that point. "
