"The location is 5 star. One bus ride straight from the airport, numerous eateries within few minutes walk, bus stations and MTR stations are few minutes away. The facility is up to date. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The only complaint is the AC unit is noisy and very noticeable at night. "

"Great location in Nathan Rd, minutes away from Temple St night market and other places. Accessible with MTR Jordan station 5 minute walk. Breakfast here is simply amazing!! "This is a conveniently located hotel with very good service and lovely staff. However, the hotel needs some updating. I had a premier room which looked like it was last updated in the 90’s. "We had a wonderful stay with our three children in the two bedroom harbour view room. The room was lovely and clean and the hotel facilities such as the pool were great. When we arrived at the room the bunk beds were much too high for our older kids (3 and 5) so we had to put them in the queen bed and the adults used the bunk beds. Not a fault with the hotel but something to be aware of if you have young children. We also found the floor got really messy quickly so a hand vacuum or small brush...

"The property was situated right on Canton road (tons of luxury shopping at your fingertips) and a couple blocks down from Victoria harbour. Very walkable. The room itself was looking tired although very clean. And maybe that’s because we just stayed in a basic suite, I would assume given the location and clients we seen checking in that they likely would have had a nicer tower full of renovated rooms. Just not what I was expecting for Hong Kong although we were only there for the one night...
