Besides the convenience of the staying in the heart of HK, The Prince hotel staff are helpful and professional. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I would definitely book again during my stay in HK.

The hotel is very close to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro station so it's super convenient to get around. There are also numerous restaurants nearby and shopping is in the same complex. The staff is very polite and helpful. I stayed at Prince and Gateway in between my trips to other parts of China so I left my other luggage at these hotels while I was away. I did not have shower gel and shampoo the last time I was at Prince so it was a housekeeping issue but overall it was a pleasant stay and I highly recommend Prince and Gateway.
