The staff spoke very little English and couldn't give me directions, so a nice policeman showed me how to get there. There are only 2 lifts for this busy building and they are always occupied so you have to queue for ages to get upstairs. "For the price, my family had a good experience. The building is very ethnic, filled with Indian and Middle Eastern sellers and stands, but we did not find them scary like some reviews say. The elevator was slow and crowded, but the longest we waited was ~10 minutes, not up to an hour like others said.
