They sorted out luggage storage and delivery to Kyoto no problem. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was large and firm with space to walk round either side of the bed. "The Blossom Hibiya was located very conveniently to Shimbashi station. The hotel lobby was spacious and roomy and had a great view of the city. The daily breakfast was so good. It had both Japanese and western cuisine.
