"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming. The room was just big enough, with enough room to open up multiple suitcases on...

"I loved the convenience of the area in proximity to a lively area of Tokyo! I also felt safe and comfortable despite the interesting setup of strangers basically living together in a multi room apartment/hotel. The only thing that bothered me a little the lack of dusting on the air conditioner and other areas of the place inside."

"I was pleasantly surprised at the property. Building in great condition. Bed was not comfortable. Very hard mattress. Not a lot of space to move around near the bed. I had a cute set up when I arrive which included clean towels. The second day I receive towels but they had a pungent smell as if they were washed but not immediately dried. The third day I didn’t receive towels at all. There is a 7-11 feet away from the door. Not a long commute to get on the train."

"overall pretty good. capsule is on the smaller side but very cozy. The facilities are good apart from the dryer which didn't dry my clothes much after an hour. other than the dryer would stay again."

"I would stay here again for a couple of nights if needed. I stayed there just for the experience, and it was nicer than I thought it'd be. There were lockers for my carry on and separate locking areas for my large bag. It was built for comfort while you are there, but most of your time in Japan will not be at your accommodation anyway. "Staffs are friendly and responsive. Room is clean with both heat/cool AC, water. Couple of cons for me are: small shower stall. Did not have much room to hang tower or clothes without getting them wet. Another con is the noise due to the surrounding bars and karaoke bars. everyday party up to 5:00 AM! If that is your desire, then go for it. Overall, I like it due to its location near Shinjuku station and cleanliness. "
