Room quite basic but comfortable, except that an electric portable heater provided the heating and this gave me an electric shock when I turned it off, fusing the TV etc. This was quite alarming though the member of staff I told at checkout was very sympathetic and checked I was OK. The room was clean and cozy, warmed up well considering it was 0° outside! Spacious rooms, very comfy bed and the shower was amazing. Would most definitely recommend. Would suggest the NCP bellgrave plaza parking was literally a 3 minute walk away and paid £11.95 for 25hrs stay. "
