The room itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was included in our stay and was delicious, though unfortunately, the food and coffee weren’t as hot as we’d have liked. That said, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely return!"

"This is a lovely hotel with brilliant staff. It’s really handy for the tram, only a few steps away, so if you’ve arrived by train this is ideal. Out of the busiest bit of the city centre but easy to get to and handy for lots of eateries. "

"When we arrived at the hotel, we were initially advised that the rooms we had booked were not available which was rather alarming but we spoke with Murat, the guest relations manager and he was brilliant! He explained that our rooms were still being cleaned but would be available shortly. We had a drink at the bar and then Murat showed us to our rooms and offered us complementary parking as an apology for the miscommunication. The rooms were absolutely lovely and had enormous beds! Breakfast in the morning was delicious with so much choice."
